1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how YEVGRAFOVA LEARNING LLC ("we", "us"), a Missouri company, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit yevgrafova.com or join the YEVGRAFOVA waitlist. We collect as little as possible.

2. Information we collect

• Waitlist information: your email address, your first name if you choose to provide it, the date and time you joined, and your consent to receive emails.
• Server logs: our hosting server automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.
• At launch: if you subscribe, we will collect account details and billing information needed to provide the Service. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for health information.

3. How we use information

We use personal information only to: manage the waitlist and notify you about the launch; provide, secure and improve the website and Service; respond to your requests; process subscriptions at launch; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie (yv_session) to protect forms against misuse. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or cross-site tracking technologies.

To display fonts and page styling, your browser loads files from content delivery networks (Google Fonts, cdn.tailwindcss.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net), which receive your IP address as part of normal web requests.

5. No sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent or trade email lists.

6. Service providers

We may disclose personal information to trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations, such as website hosting, email delivery and, at launch, a payment processor. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

7. Retention

We keep waitlist information until the launch communications are complete or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Account and billing records are kept as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to stored data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California (CCPA/CPRA) and other US states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how we use it; access a copy of it; correct it; delete it; and opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell or share). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To make a request, email support@yevgrafova.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

10. Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no further action is required on your part.

11. Children

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Email and unsubscribe

We only send waitlist and launch emails to people who opted in. Every email includes our business contact details and a working unsubscribe link, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing us.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. We will notify you by email of material changes.
