1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yevgrafova.com and the YEVGRAFOVA digital library (the "Service"), operated by YEVGRAFOVA LEARNING LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

The Service is currently in pre-launch and no payments are collected on this website. When subscriptions open, the following terms apply:

• Plans are offered on a monthly (currently $14.99 per month) or annual (currently $119 per year) basis, in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your payment method on file, until you cancel.
• The price, billing frequency and renewal terms will be shown to you before you confirm your purchase. We will notify you in advance of any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
• Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@yevgrafova.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. License

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own non-commercial use. You may not share your account, resell access, or redistribute content.

6. Intellectual property

All ebooks, podcasts, text, audio, graphics, logos and the YEVGRAFOVA name are owned by YEVGRAFOVA LEARNING LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: copy, download (except where a download feature is provided), record, scrape or distribute content; circumvent access controls; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; interfere with the Service's security or operation; or upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Educational disclaimer

All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, psychological, mental health or financial advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Our content does not create a professional-client relationship. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with questions about your health, diet or wellbeing, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read or heard on the Service.

9. Breathwork safety

Breathing exercises can cause dizziness or light-headedness. Practice seated or lying down in a safe place, never while driving, swimming or operating machinery. Stop immediately if you feel unwell. Consult a doctor before practicing if you are pregnant or have a heart, respiratory, blood pressure, seizure or other medical condition.

10. No guaranteed results

Individual experiences vary. We make no promises or guarantees about any particular outcome from using the Service. You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided.

11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YEVGRAFOVA LEARNING LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify subscribers by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
